  4.      This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and
  5.      Disk Vendors who wish to distribute FSLOGIN. They may do so in
  6.      accordance with the Limited Distribution Licence listed below.

  8.                Limited Distribution License
  9.      --------------------------------------------------------------
  10.      As the exclusive copyright holder for FSLOGIN, Confirm
  11.      authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  12.      restrictions.

  14.      ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given
  15.      permission to distribute FSLOGIN. Non-ASP member vendors must
  16.      request permission prior to distributing this package.
  17.  
  18.      The FSLOGIN package is defined as containing all the material
  19.      listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any files listed in
  20.      the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are
  21.      missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  22.      forbidden. Please contact us to obtain a complete package
  23.      suitable for distribution.

  25.      The FSLOGIN package cannot be modified in any way and must be
  26.      distributed as a complete package, without exception.
  27.  
  28.      Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or
  29.      installation batch files used by many Shareware Disk Vendors,
  30.      are acceptable.

  32.      No price or other compensation may be charged for the FSLOGIN
  33.      package. A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the
  34.      diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per
  35.      disk) does not exceed US$ 10.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$
  36.      12.00 internationally.

  38.      The FSLOGIN package cannot be sold as part of some other
  39.      inclusive package. Nor can it be included in any commercial
  40.      software packaging offer, without a written agreement from
  41.      Confirm.

  43.      ASP Approved Vendors who wish to distribute the FSLOGIN
  44.      package as part of a collection may do so provided that all
  45.      the other restrictions are met.
  46.  
  47.      Other (non-ASP) vendors who wish to distribute the FSLOGIN
  48.      package as part of a collection must obtain written permission
  49.      from Confirm prior to beginning such a distribution.

  51.      You may not list any of our products in advertisements,
  52.      catalogs, or other literature which describes our products as
  53.      "FREE SOFTWARE". Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software,
  54.      it is not free.
  55.  
  56.      Confirm prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
  57.      FSLOGIN package, without written permission from Confirm. If
  58.      the version you have is over twelve (12) months old, please
  59.      contact us to ensure that you have the most current version.
  60.  
  61.      Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  62.      decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  63.      transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  64.      agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate
  65.      and automatic termination of this license.

  67.      All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Confirm.
